Practice Information

My approach to client work is empathic and non-judgemental. I am both supportive and gently challenging and maintain high standards of ethical and professional practice. I adhere to BACP code of ethics for good practice in counselling and psychotherapy and am a member of BACP, ITA and Metanoia Institute.

If you would like to discuss whether counselling is appropriate for you, please contact me on 01442 866544. We will have an initial assessment session in which we will explore the issues you would like to focus on. It is important that you feel safe to work with me and know that all sessions are kept strictly confidential unless there is a concern regarding your health or safety.

I have regular supervision and this is a requirement of BACP.

The counselling sessions last for 50 minutes and cost £40 per session. All cancellations are payable in full unless you give one week’s notice.
